You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions
Items must be returned in the same condition as received: unused, clean, and suitable for resale. Items should include original tags and, where possible, original packaging and accessories.

You may inspect and try the product as you would in a physical store. If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functionality, we reserve the right to reduce the refund accordingly.

How to start a return
All returns must be requested in advance by contacting us at info@lysen.fi.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. The customer is responsible for any risks associated with the return shipment.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping will be covered by us.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@lysen.fi and include photos of the issue.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order.

European Union 14-day withdrawal right
For orders delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. After notifying us, the item must be returned within 14 days.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned item or from the date you provide valid proof of return, whichever comes first.
