8. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

To exercise this right, you must notify us at info@lysen.fi before the withdrawal period expires. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice, or after we have received the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier.

Returned items must be returned in the condition required under our Return & Refund Policy. You may inspect and try the goods as you would in a physical store, but if the value of the goods has been reduced through handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality, we may reduce the refund accordingly.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the goods are defective, non-conforming, or incorrectly delivered.

9. Accuracy of Customer Information

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when placing an order is accurate and complete, including your name, shipping address, billing address, and contact details. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
